The Edge Compression Cutter has been designed and manufactured to accurately cut samples from corrugated board for testing purposes using pneumatic operation.  This method, which cuts the edges parallel, is the easiest and most repeatable method of preparing samples for Edge Compression Testing.

It’s one step, easy operation is guarded by a polycarbonate safety screen to protect the operator. The sample cutter can be used on corrugated fibreboard, single-wall board, double-wall board, triple-wall board as well as waxed board.  It is manufactured with relevance to AS 1301.444s, DIN 53149, ISO 3037 and TAPPI T811 standards.
