The Box Opening Pressure Tester has been designed to measure the opening force of flat stacked carton boxes. The Box Opening Pressure Tester is used for the Development and Quality Control of cartons during production, therefore speeding up production set-up time. 

The maximum testing height of the Box Opening Pressure Tester is 300mm and with the minimum being 50mm for smaller packaging. Larger Box Opening Pressure Testers can be developed upon request.

After the unit is switched on for a test it will go to a predetermined depth and return to a stand-by position. The maximum pressure needed to open the box is locked in the digital display for evaluation. The Box Opening Pressure Tester also comes with a comprehensive instruction manual to help you with the correct operation.

Applications:
The Box Opening Pressure Tester can only be used with Cartons.
