Celesco’s Inclination Position Transducers IT9000 Series have been proven to be the best solution for measuring large angles of inclination from 45° to 270°.

They use magnetic damping (optional) to provide stable and fast angle readings and employ the same sealed enclosure and design as Celesco's field proven, heavy-industrial grade linear measurement sensor.

IT9101 Inclinometer

The IT9101 Inclinometer is a rugged and simple device which provides a voltage divider feedback signal for incline position. The heart of the IT9101 is a magnetically-damped pendulum coupled to a conductive plastic precision potentiometer.

A highly linear relationship between inclination and the output signal is maintained over the full range of the IT9101. The inclinometer has an operating temperature of -34 to 90 degrees Celsius.

IT9232 Inclinometer

The IT9232 Inclinometer is able to achieve incline position feedback via a RS232 serial communication port to your data acquisition or controller system. This Inclinometer uses a magnetically-damped pendulum coupled to a conductive plastic precision potentiometer.

 

Possible applications for the Inclinometer would be at train stations or parking spots for the proper functioning of the boom gate. It can also be used in the manufacturing industry for measuring the angle of a laddle when being emptied.

The I9420 Inclinometer is a rugged yet simple device which provides a 4 to 20mA current feedback signal for incline position. The heart of the PT9420 is a magnetically-damped pendulum coupled to a conductive plastic precision potentiometer. A highly linear relationship between inclination and a 4 to 20mA output is maintained over the full range of the IT9420. 

The IT9420 is easy to use, it simply attaches to the object of measurement and installs via two wires for the current loop. This Inclinometer can operate in environments with a vibration of up to 10G's. The enclosure is available in powder-painted aluminium or in stainless steel.
