The RT8101 Industrial Rotational Transducer provides a voltage feedback signal for rotational position. A precision plastic-hybrid potentiometer is used as the sensing element on this Rotational Transducer which provides excellent linearity and resolution.
The RT8101 Rotational Transducer can be ordered with a powder painted aluminium or a 303 stainless steel enclosure. Rotational position feedback is provided by the RT8101 Rotational Transducer from as little as 1/8 of a turn full stroke, all the way up to 200 turns full stroke. The RT8101 Rotational Transducer will maintain position information even after a loss of power due to the fact that the sensor is potentiometric. The recommended maximum input voltage is 30V AC/DC. Please see the data sheet for more details.
The Industrial Grade RT8420 Rotational Transducer is able to
provide rotational position feedback from 1/8 of a turn to 200 turns per full
stroke. The RT8420 Rotational Transducer is a plastic-hybrid pontentiometer
that can run on input current of 4-20mA.
A fully accessible zero and span setting allowing precise
matching of the output signal to the required measurement is incorporated in
the RT8420 Rotational Transducer. This product can be used in many
manufacturing situations. Consult the data sheet or our helpful sales staff for
a discussion about the purchase of your RT8420 Rotational Transducer.
With a 14.5-40 Volt DC input voltage (10.5-40 VDC for 0-5Volt Output) the RT8510 industrial Rotational Transducer provides a 0-10 VDC position feedback signal proportional to the rotational position of the shaft.
The benefits of the RT8510 Rotational Transducer is that it provides a zero and span adjustment, and a potentiometric sensor that provides an “absolute” feedback signal thay is unaffected by power loss. Measuring at only 66.8mm x 66.8mm x 67.6mm, this little Rotational Transducer can have a shaft loading of 4.5 Kg radial or 2.3 Kg axial. We are also able to offer after sales support and service to ensure that your machines run smoothly.
The RT8CN industrial grade Rotational Transducer is able to communicate rotational position feedback to your PLC via the CANbus SAU J1939 interface. The heart of this sensor is a precision plastic-hybrid position potentiometer. The Rotational Transducer provides an “absolute” position and after a power loss, it does not have to be reset to a “home” position.
This innovative sensor meets tough NEMA-4 and IP67 environmental standards and is available in a full stroke measurement range of 1-8 to 200 turns, with multiple shaft diameters also available.
The RT8DN is an industrial Rotational Transducer able to communicate rotational position feedback via DeviceNet to your programmable controller. As with many rotational transducers, the RT8DN also has a precision plastic-hybrid position potentiometer that also provides an absolute position after a power loss or shutdown. The RT8DN Rotational Transducer operates on an input current of 40mA and is Bus powered. The electrical interface is a CANbus ISO 11898.
Please consult the data sheet for any further information regarding this position transducer.
The RT9101 industrial grade Rotational Position Transducer provides a voltage feedback signal for rotational position. The sensing element of the device is a precision plastic-hybrid potentiometer which provides superb linearity and resolution.
This innovative sensor, designed to meet tough NEMA-4 and IP67 environmental standards, is available in full-stroke measurement ranges of 1/4 to 50 turns. Because the sensor is potentiometric, the RT9101 is absolute and will maintain position information even after a loss of power.
The RT9101 has an operating temperature of -40 to 90 degrees Celsius and can withstand vibrations up to 10G's to 2000Hz. The shaft loading is up to 15.87kg radial and 2.26kg axial.
The RT9420 is an industrial Rotational Transducer providing a rotational position feedback via a 4-20mA current loop signal. This Rotational Position Transducer is based on a plastic-hybrid potentiometer.
The zero and span settings of the RT9420 Rotational Transducer are adjustable through access holes in the housing and is available in powder-coated aluminium and 303 stainless steel. Various shaft diameters, with and without flats are also available for the RT9510 Rotational Transducer. Please make sure that you check the data sheet before ordering to ensure that you receive the correct Rotational Transducer for your needs.
The RT9510 is an industrial Rotational Transducer similar in size and shape to the RT9420 Rotational Transducer, but provides a regulated 0-10VDC rotational position feedback signal with a 14.5-40 VDC unregulated input voltage.
The innovative sensor is one of the few on the market that meets tough NEMA-4 and IP67 environmental standards and is available in full stroke measurement ranges of ¼ to 50 turns. The RT9510 Rotational Transducer will also maintain position information after a power loss which makes it a very sought after product.
Unlike the RT9510, the RT9CN Rotational Transducer has a smaller Input voltage range of 7-18 VDC. Just like the RT9510, The RT9CN Rotational Transducer also meets tough NEMA-4 and IP67 environmental standards and is available in full stroke measurement ranges of ¼ to 50 turns.
The RT95CN Rotational Transducer will also maintain its position information after a power loss. Why not check out our product data sheet, which will inform you of all the technical specifications in order for you to make an informed decision.
The RT9DN is an Industrial Grade Rotational Transducer is the last of the Rotational Transducers that we have available. Powered By a 40mA input current, this precision plastic-hybrid position potentiometer does not have to be reset to a “home” position after a power loss.
This sensor meets NEMA-4 and IP67 environmental standards and is available in full stroke measurement ranges of 1-4 to 50 turns. The Rotational Transducer also features a CANbus ISO 11898 electrical interface.
