The Underwire Flex Tester is used to determine the flexing durability of Underwire. 

By attaching each end of the Underwire to the collets and adjusting the twisting angle, the Underwire is twisted and flexed to a pre-adjusted angle for a pre-determined amount of oscillations.  This aids in determining the durability of Underwire.
