The Pulmac Zero-Span 1000 provides the simplest way to generate data on the fibre strength, length, and bonding potential of production pulp, as well as paper at the reel. Individual measurements are taken which can then be compiled into a database and analysed.
A pre-set span adjustment attachment is a standard feature permitting tests at a range of short spans in addition to zero-span. The direct benefit to productivity by using the Zero-Span 1000 is reducing downgraded pulp, which in turn equates to increased profitability.
