The MIT folding tester is designed according to relevant standards to conveniently determine the folding fatigue strength of paper, paperboard and other sheet material, which thickness is less than 1mm. The instrument includes photoelectric control technology, so that the folding chuck can return back after each experiment automatically for continuing operation.
The instrument features powerful data processing functions which covers test data to different unit values as well as statistics for a group of test data. It analyses the Max. value, Min. value, average and coefficient of variation. Results are displayed on the LCD screen as well as stored in micro-computer for future recall.
